OCT/18: GRAND OPENING OF GUARNERI HALL AND TRIBUTE TO OLIVER KNUSSEN PERFORMANCE

Chicago, IL - On Tuesday, October 23rd, I performed one of my favorite chamber works, Debussy's Trio Sonata for flute, viola, and harp with flutist Rachel Blumenthal and violist Roger Chase. The concert, hosted by composer Augusta Read Thomas, was the official grand opening of Guarneri Hall as well as a tribute to the late composer, Oliver Knussen, who passed away earlier this year and whom I had the pleasure of working with in the Summer of 2010 while I was a harp fellow at Tanglewood Music Center. The program featured chamber works by Knussen and others by his favorite and most influential composers, including Webern and Stravinsky.

Information about this program and how to watch the live stream is available here.
